Summer Fitness & Goals

for those of you with nothing to do for the summer ,and those who pretty much went back on there word over the new resolutions ,this is your chance to redeem yourself .

< get back into shape and hit those parks/gyms .

it's very easy to do ,you don't have to over exert yourself -just set a goal .

< start small and tell yourself lose like 1-5 pounds at least .

once you get those ,everything else is easy .

... for those that have no clue ,just try at least -the're local parks everywhere-
